"Pretty much what I expected — solid service"
I had heard good things about the staff, so I kind of went in expecting them to be professional, that’s exactly what I got. Everyone was polite, seemed to know what they were doing, and they answered my questions without making me wait around too long. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the follow-up took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but overall it was a good experience

"Hard to Navigate and Frustrating"
A friend recommended Viqure to me, so I decided to give it a try, but i found it confusing. The pages felt cluttered and loaded slowly, and I had a hard time finding what I was looking for. Checkout was frustrating too, and after trying for a while, I just gave up.

"Subscription was fine, but cancelling felt ignored"
The subscription itself was okay, nothing amazing but not too bad either. Cancelling was the annoying part though. I sent a message and it felt like nobody actually read what I wrote, because the replies didn’t really address it. It got sorted eventually, but it took longer than it should have.

"Return policy just doesn’t feel fair"
I’m not really happy with viqure.com’s return policy. It feels like the customer ends up taking all the risk, even if you’re only trying to send something back. There are so many conditions, and I can’t say it doesn’t feel unfair to me

My first impression wasn’t great. The treatment plan wasn’t explained very clearly, and I felt confused about what was supposed to happen next. I had to keep asking questions just to understand the steps, which was frustrating.

"Pricing could’ve been more upfront"
As someone who’s careful about budgeting before I buy anything online, I found the pricing on viqure.com kind of frustrating. At first it seemed straightforward, but once I got closer to checkout, the total didn’t feel as clear as I expected.
Maybe I overlooked something, but I really don’t think you should have to click around or second-guess what you’re going to pay. It left me feeling annoyed and a little less confident about the whole purchase.

The consultation felt way too rushed, like they were just trying to get me out the door. I asked a few questions, but the answers were super short and didn’t really help. I left feeling more confused than when I walked in, which was frustrating tbh.

"It worked, but you need a bit of patience"
The treatment did help me, but it wasn’t an overnight fix. After a few weeks, I started seeing clear improvement, which made it worth sticking with. I had a minor issue during the first couple of days, but it settled down quickly. Overall, I’m happy with the result because it actually made a practical difference for me. I placed my order and then it was like... nothing happened?? For days, I kept checking for some kind of update, but it felt like the whole thing was just stuck. When I reached out to support, they took a while to get back too, which made it even more frustrating.

I totally get that delays happen sometimes, but the lack of communication was what bothered me most. It just wasn’t handled well, and after that experience, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

My order showed up on time, which was good because I was kind of rushing to get everything sorted. The box looked a little squished when it arrived, and there really wasn’t much padding inside. Luckily nothing was damaged, so it ended up being fine, but I definitely expected it to be packed a bit better. Not awful, just average.

I tried viqure.com because I was hoping it would be straightforward, but I felt lost almost right away. I tend to focus on the main details I actually need and skip the extra noise, but even then the information on the site didn’t feel clear enough for me.
The guidance also didn’t come across as very personal. It felt more like general advice I could’ve found by searching around myself, instead of something that really paid attention to what I was asking for.
Maybe it clicks better for other people, but it just didn’t work for me. I felt like I spent time trying to figure it out without getting much back, so I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Feels overpriced for what you get"
I was disappointed. It felt kind of cheap as soon as I took it out of the box, and after only a few uses it stopped working. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I really expected something that felt a lot more durable. I don’t think I’d order from viqure.com again.

"Billing Didn’t Match, Because Apparently That’s Too Much to Ask"
I had a billing issue with viqure.com and yeah, it was irritating. The amount they charged me wasn’t what I thought I was agreeing to, and the explanation I got didn’t exactly clear things up. So then I got to enjoy the super fun task of digging through emails and checking my bank app just to figure out what happened. Love that for me. It wasn’t some huge dramatic saga, but billing should be accurate the first time. I wouldn’t use them again.
